All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 (after discounts, before taxes, within the United States).

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Yorkwell Apothecary is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Yorkwell Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@yorkwellapothecary.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
